For one of our customer working in the Telecom sector, we are looking for the following profiles:
Project Manager
Role:
The project manager is responsible for achieving objectives of the project:
- Customer internal objectives
- Mobily external objectives
He manages customer team to provide quality delivables on time, according to project planning

Team Coordinator
Role: The team coordinator is responsible for logistical topics of the project. Full-time available he is the local interface between Mobily and customer team with 2 points of view
Anticipation/control of all Mobily logistical pre-requisites with regards to tasks to be executed by customer team
Problem solving when customer team is facing practical difficulties when executing tasks

Contractual Leader / Supply chain officer
Role:
The contract manager is responsible for investigating all opportunities or constraints offered by existing contractual environment with regards objectives of the project.
During discovery and removal strategy phases, he will have to ensure feasibility of technical proposals then to estimate financial impact on CAPEX/OPEX. Enventually he will provide technical axis to be investigated to accompany crucial contractual evolutions.
Role:

The operation leader is responsible for investigating about the performance of the existing RUN process and ensuring that removal strategy appliance will not introduce any disturbance in Mobily clients and internal users service delivery.

IT Architect
Role:
Basically, IT architect is responsible for indentifying and describing all IT components (softwares and hardwares) used by the fix/mobile operator to support its activity.
For discovery, he will rely both on data provided by discovery tool and on-site investigation managed by local team.
Based on the results of his analysis of the current Mobily IT system, he will have to design a new global IT architecture achieving project objectives.

Network Architect
Role:
Basically, Network architect is responsible for identifying and describing all Network components (Routers, switches, WDM, SDH, VAS, gateways…) used by the fix/mobile operator to support its activity.
For discovery, he will rely both on data provided by discovery tool and on-site investigation managed by local team.
Based on the results of his analysis of the current operator\’s components, he will have to design a new global network architecture achieving project objectives.
Network audit will cover 9 sites (7 DataCenters and 2 PoPs) spread over 3 regions.
Role:

The technical leader is fully dedicated to coordination of on-site teams. He has to both supervise local action plan execution (i.e. data collection) and allocate resources to optimize project planning progress.
Furthermore he is responsible for customer tools (OCS inventory, ITOP, Cacti, MAP, …) deployment and usage.

The environemnt expert is responsible for identifying and describing all technical environment components used by the fix/mobile operator to support its activity.
He has to consider the existing situation, the use and obsolescence level of components through documents (including contratcs), meetings and using measurements tools and BMS.
Full site Network audit will cover 9 sites (7 DataCenters and 2 PoPs) spread over 3 regions. The environment expert will be in charge of 1 region discovery phase and will supervise the data collection achieved by two other environment experts.

He his working with full skill support of IT architect to identify, analyse performance of softwares and hardwares.
Local eyes of the IT architect, he has to alert whenever he detects a singular situation.
