Finance Administrator
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
o Verification and approval of Expenses
o Monthly Financial Closing on SAP
o Monthly Tax Closing
o General Expenses (Budget control, Process Control)
o Internal Audit Management
o Other tasks related to Accounting and Audit
Qualifications and Experience :
• Bachelor/Master degree with minimum 2 years experience in Finance, Budget control, Audit
• Strong technology trend orientation
• Good PC skills especially for Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical, assiduous, flexible and active personality
• Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach for problem solving
• Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision
• Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Specific Knowledge :
• Strong administration skills- Organized, systems orientated detail
• Highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of Finance Experience(SAP)
• Should have handle General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Asset
• Should have good knowledge of local Tax Rules and Regulations
• Fluent language skill for both French and English.
